About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the growing client base in the Denver area alongside other IT professionals
  • Set up customer networks from cloud to keyboard
  • Install Windows Servers
  • Maintain configurations
  • Provide ongoing support for access points, firewalls, and switches
  • Troubleshoot clients remotely and onsite when required
  • Work directly with clients and other IT professionals
  • Guide purchasing decisions, set up new equipment, and implement new services
  • Progress through the career path from Technician to Integrator, Engineer, and Consultant
  • Work Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday per month for the first 18 months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced technician at the Integrator level
  • Strong grasp of networking, Office 365, Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and security
  • Office 365 and Windows Server experience
  • Firewall troubleshooting experience with Sophos, Cisco, SonicWall, or WatchGuard
  • Network setup experience, including installing access points, switches, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of virtualization and networking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients and other IT professionals
  • Medical client or medical field experience is a plus
  • IT-related certifications are a plus
  • MSP experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is good to have, not required
