About the role
- Leverage deep trading industry knowledge and expertise to enhance business and marketing initiatives, driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Develop proprietary trading technology and provide strategic marketing support for the global trading platform.
- Work onsite in Miami, collaborate with team to drive business development and marketing initiatives.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders across global markets to support trading platform growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in trading and investment and/or portfolio management experience within a bank, hedge fund, asset management firm, or similar financial institution.
- Deep expertise in financial markets, with experience trading multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, bonds, FX, commodities, or derivatives).
- Knowledge of economic indicators (e.g., GDP, inflation, interest rates) and their impact on financial markets.
- Exceptional analytical, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
