About the role
- Lead and manage IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient systems performance
- Oversee the administration and optimization of enterprise systems, data pipelines, cloud environments, and user platforms
- Implement scalable processes to support a remote-forward workforce across multiple time zones
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect company and client data
- Lead proactive cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory and industry security frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and cloud service providers
- Provide responsive, service-oriented IT support to internal teams
- Drive technology adoption and security-first culture across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT operations and security leadership roles
- Relevant certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent)
