About the role
- Responsible for managing the business units' requirements for internal and external software development
- Structured analysis, capture and management of functional and technical requirements for complex IT projects
- Support business units in planning and designing business processes
- Translate functional requirements into well-defined work packages for internal and external software development
- Participate in and/or lead selection projects for standard software
- Project planning and control tasks for the relevant requirements and implementation projects
- Conceptualization of business/domain topics
- Independent management of external development service providers
Requirements
- University degree and solid experience in a comparable role (minimum 2 years, preferably 5+ years)
- Industry-specific expertise in e-commerce
- Experience with modern software architectures for e-commerce
- Knowledge and experience in software development
- Strong communication skills — able to engage with a variety of stakeholders on the business requirements side as well as with technical colleagues in development
- Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- Fluent English, written and spoken
