About the role
- You'll be our first dedicated hire to build and scale our outbound sales and wholesale growth engine from the ground up
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll design high-converting outbound campaigns
- Forge strategic partnerships that drive qualified leads
- Architect the systems that transform wholesale from a channel into a scalable revenue engine
- Your mission isn't just acquisition, it's expansion
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or go-to-market roles (wholesale, SaaS, or marketplace experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record building outbound programs from zero using modern sales tech (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
- Early-stage DNA: You've thrived in Seed to Series C environments where you build processes, not just follow them
- Data fluency: Comfortable with KPI reporting, pipeline forecasting, and presenting performance metrics to leadership
- Relationship excellence: Natural connector who builds trust quickly and maintains long-term partnerships
