Lead PRM’s national expansion efforts by launching and scaling new clinics from site selection through full operational ramp
Function as the cross-functional quarterback for new markets, ensuring each location is launched with excellence and ramps to 800+ RVUs within six months
Extended, on-site presence during launch periods to provide boots-on-the-ground leadership, provider readiness, and market-level execution
Lead market analysis using geo-targeting software and internal data to identify and prioritize high-potential expansion markets
Coordinate financial models and P&Ls in partnership with Finance and present Go/No-Go recommendations to executive leadership
Own pre-launch workback plans and critical path timelines
Oversee lease coordination, site selection, and corporate approvals
Set up and deploy all launch assets: marketing materials, signage, patient folders, equipment, and systems
Ensure providers and staff are fully equipped with go-to-market resources including scripts, email templates, and community outreach plans
Coordinate Salesforce campaigns, nurture tracks, and local targeting with marketing
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure staffing, provider credentialing, and IT systems are live by Day 1
Collaborate with clinical operations, treatment planning, and intake to ensure full workflow readiness
Supervise launch execution, functioning as the senior-most operator in-market during ramp
Monitor clinic performance (RVUs, admits, patient visits, etc.) in Salesforce and monthly operating dashboards
Track and troubleshoot operational gaps during the first 90–120 days and transition market leadership to regional clinical operations managers post-ramp
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or multi-site expansion
Prior experience in consulting, retail health, health systems, or a PE-backed healthcare services company
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects to on-time execution
Willingness to travel frequently and remain in-market for extended periods during clinic launch and ramp phases
High level of autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to execute in ambiguous environments
Consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, PowerBI, eCW, or EMRs (preferred)
Understanding of clinic operations, provider onboarding, and patient acquisition funnels (preferred)
Entrepreneurial, growth-obsessed mindset with a bias for execution (preferred)
