About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organizing PR Summits.
- Coordinating team members to ensure the events’ success from start to finish.
- Setting and achieving KPIs around media coverage.
- Writing content, including press releases, exclusive submissions, and newsjacking pieces.
- Developing and executing PR strategies.
- Reporting directly to the CMO.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Communication, Public Affairs, or a related field.
- +3 years experience in public relations, event organization, and community management in an international setting is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, be able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, including empathy, conflict management, and decision-making.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Native or near-native level English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, someone that people trust and want to approach.
