Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary administrator and internal platform expert for Salesforce and Certinia environments
Configure and maintain Salesforce workflows, automations, permissions, dashboards, reports, and custom objects
Support and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable platform solutions
Manage user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and system access
Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
Assist with data management, data quality initiatives, and system governance
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
Collaborate with technical teams and external partners on platform enhancements and ongoing optimization
Maintain system documentation and support best practices around platform administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including: Flows Reporting & Dashboards User & Security Management Process Automation Data Management
Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred
Experience working within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
