Manage and maintain enterprise data assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with federal standards
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
Oversee data lifecycle processes including data creation, storage, usage, and archival
Support data integration, migration, and transformation initiatives across systems
Ensure data security and privacy in alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals
Monitor data quality and implement continuous improvements
Provide documentation for data architecture, processes, and standards
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with data-related solutions
Assist with audits and compliance efforts related to data management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data analytics
Experience working with structured and unstructured data in enterprise environments
Familiarity with data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, data warehouses, ETL tools, cloud data services)
Experience supporting federal government or other regulated environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Active or ability to obtain a security clearance
