Support large, complex systems implementation and modernization projects as a program or project management analyst
Analyze program task needs, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively while providing solutions to critical tasks and meeting high-priority deadlines
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues
Maintain visibility across all program activities and communicate status updates across initiatives
Support the management and tracking of project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key program management areas
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress throughout the program lifecycle
Prepare and deliver various forms of reporting, including weekly status reports for project teams and executive-level briefings for senior stakeholders
Manage multiple, disparate tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex environment
Develop and manage Project Management Plans (PMPs)
Prepare and present written communications, project plans, status reports, and briefing materials
Monitor, track, and report on the status of project requests related to financial management modernization
Provide ERP expertise during discovery and implementation phases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred (relevant experience may be substituted for advanced education)
3–5 years of relevant consulting or project management experience
Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies
Experience creating and managing Project Management Plans (PMPs)
Experience facilitating sessions with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation
