About the role
- Support large, complex systems implementation and modernization projects as a program or project management analyst.
- Analyze program task needs, resolve complex issues, and provide solutions under high-priority deadlines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain visibility across all program activities and communicate status updates across initiatives.
- Support management and tracking of project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key program management areas.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress throughout the program lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver reporting, including weekly status reports and executive-level briefings.
- Manage multiple, disparate tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Develop and manage Project Management Plans (PMPs) and present written communications and briefing materials.
- Monitor, track, and report on status of project requests related to financial management modernization.
- Provide ERP expertise during discovery and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred (relevant experience may be substituted for advanced education).
- 3–5 years of relevant consulting or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing Project Management Plans (PMPs).
- Experience facilitating sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation.
- ERP initial discovery phases & financial management modernization experience.
- ERP systems, project management, and leadership experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 20–30 pounds occasionally.
