About the role
- Support sales teams by developing and documenting technical solutions aligned to customer needs and objectives
- Create sales support documentation, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; architectural diagrams; solution requirements; and pricing or quoting materials
- Identify and support sales opportunities through technical discovery and solution alignment
- Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, partners, and customers
- Obtain and maintain technical certifications aligned with organizational strategy
- Travel for events, meetings, or conferences as needed (typically quarterly)
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience or coursework supporting, designing, or implementing technology infrastructure solutions (physical, virtual, or cloud-based)
- Interest in pursuing or currently holding advanced or expert-level certifications in strategic technology areas or vendor platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal customers or projects
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
