About the role

  • Own end-to-end design
  • Lead the full UX design process — from discovery and concept through to final implementation
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
  • Own and evolve the design system
  • Participate in product discovery to understand user needs
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers
  • Stay current with design best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product design
  • Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping
  • Solid grounding in UX fundamentals: interaction design, visual design, content design, accessibility, and usability
  • Experience in agile product teams across the full spectrum from discovery to delivery
  • Nice to have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system from scratch
  • Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS product design
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or lean product team where you wore multiple hats
  • Familiarity with data-heavy or technically complex product domains
