About the role
- Technical consultation and service for Priva system partners, by phone and in person on site
- Receiving customer reports and fault notifications
- Recording service cases in a ticketing system
- Tracking timely resolution of cases
- Fault tracing and remediation for hardware and software
- Handling service cases via remote access
- Preparing and conducting technical trainings
- Participation in partner projects — leading technical role in implementation and commissioning
- Functional testing in test and production environments during system changes and updates
- Technical support for the sales organization
- Setting up systems to support sales activities
- Preparing documentation and reports
- Preparing for and attending trade shows
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical or building services engineering (HVAC / instrumentation & control / building automation)
- Very good knowledge of building services (TGA) / HVAC automation
- Several years of experience in customer service, e.g., as hotline staff, service technician or project administrator for building automation
- Knowledge of control engineering and DDC (Direct Digital Control)
- Expertise in measurement and control technology (MSR), preferably including building management systems (BMS) for heating/ventilation/air conditioning
- Strong IT skills (PCs and networks)
- Knowledge of building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus)
- Confident use of MS Windows and MS Office
- Good command of English
- Excellent analytical skills and reliability
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
