About the role

  • Create presentations, quarterly business reviews, reports, training materials, branding assets, promotional content, and digital signage
  • Build and maintain customized proposal and presentation templates
  • Use data analysis and visualization techniques to transform technical and complex information
  • Support multimedia and audio-visual production, overseeing the full creation lifecycle
  • Oversee production schedules, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage version control, and ensure timely output
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to produce impactful visual communications

Requirements

  • Strong background in graphic design, multimedia production, or visual communication
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization and presenting technical information creatively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically
