Key responsibilities & impact

Equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families
Building relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains
Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities
Developing partnerships with stakeholders
Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development
Implementing and executing ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience
2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers
A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships
