About the role
- Remote full-time Operations Specialist to develop, support, and implement regular communications with Field staff in day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of quality Prison Fellowship Field Operations programs and events.\n
- Ensure staff, volunteers, and other ministry constituents are fully engaged and supported with available resources.\n
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions.\n
- Deploy, engage, train, and monitor Field staff on Ministry processes and procedures to enable and ensure compliance of quality, strategic programming.\n
- Manage, initiate, and implement all steps of Volunteer On-Boarding process to meet strategic programming needs.\n
- Serve as subject matter expert in Smartsheet, data management, process development, and a variety of Prison Fellowship programs.\n
- Remote in US; travel up to 10%.\n

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience providing complex administrative support\n
- High school education required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus\n
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn in-house database\n
- Self starter with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills\n
- Excellent written and oral communication skills\n
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
