What you’ll need
  • - Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude that contributes to a healthy and collaborative team culture.
  • - Provide customer support in both Mandarin and English through calls, live chats, and email correspondence.
  • - Assist customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information and support in a timely manner.
  • - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer requests and transactions are resolved within agreed timelines.
  • - Uphold high service quality standards aligned with the company’s customer experience goals and brand values.
  • - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
  • - Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer loyalty to the PRISM+ brand.
