About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional customer support.
- - Play a key role in building meaningful relationships with customers across various communication channels.
- - Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude that contributes to a healthy and collaborative team culture.
- - Provide customer support in both Mandarin and English through calls, live chats, and email correspondence.
- - Assist customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information and support in a timely manner.
- - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer requests and transactions are resolved within agreed timelines.
- - Uphold high service quality standards aligned with the company’s customer experience goals and brand values.
- - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
- - Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer loyalty to the PRISM+ brand.
