About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across national, regional and local markets
- Shape and execute marketing plans that build awareness, increase engagement and drive referrals across Priory’s healthcare and adult care services
- Create compelling, audience-led content, including emails, case studies, video, and promotional assets including for events, which captures attention and delivers results
- Optimize campaigns to maximize impact and ROI using insight and performance data
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging and consistently delivered across all channels
- Play a key role in wider marketing initiatives and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong grounding in marketing principles
- Proven experience in B2B email marketing, across campaign development, delivery and improvement
- Confident copywriter with a keen eye for detail
- Producing clear, compelling content for a range of audiences
- Commercially minded and creative
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
- Confident relationship builder, working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in health or social care is advantageous
- Good understanding of systems like Pardot and Salesforce (including data handling and knowledge of automation processes)
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro would be a bonus.
