About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and improvement of the cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage ICT infrastructure activities to ensure business continuity and minimal operational disruption.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Windows Server, and VMware environments.
  • Manage core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file and print services, virtualization, and cloud resources.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or similar technologies.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Optimize cloud resources and costs while ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and incident response activities.
  • Manage infrastructure lifecycle processes, including patch management, vulnerability management, capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and user access reviews.
  • Support identity and access management processes and maintain secure remote access solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to administer endpoint protection, email security, DLP, logging, certificate management, and security event management.
  • Participate in IT compliance initiatives and external/internal audits, including SOX compliance.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and operational transition of new infrastructure solutions and IT projects.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and ensure solutions align with company architecture, security standards, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware support, maintenance, and infrastructure-related services.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering enterprise IT infrastructure in both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring, patch management, vulnerability management, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices, compliance frameworks, and infrastructure governance.
  • Experience participating in infrastructure projects, including solution design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
