Business Analyst – Banking Sector
PRIORITYMid-Level Business Analyst working on high-impact banking transformation projects with a leading financial institution in Greece. Collaborating with teams to deliver business analysis expertise in a complex environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories and functional documentation.
- Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business test scenarios.
- Develop process flows, operational documentation and user manuals where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and project delivery lifecycles (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation.
- Familiarity with UAT preparation and execution.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
