About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead functional and data-model design for complex solutions
- Shape solution architecture across CDPC dedicated services
- Perform advanced data profiling of chemical/scientific datasets
- Design integration-aware solutions across multiple domains and systems
- Act as subject-matter expert for complex chemical-data scenarios
- Ensure alignment with FAIR metadata principles and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in chemical/scientific data: CAS, EC, EINECS, InChI, IUPAC
- Strong understanding of regulatory contexts (REACH, CLP, OSOA, EU Reg. 2025/2455)
- Experience in data modelling and functional solution design
- Strong data profiling skills on complex datasets
- Ability to design integration-aware architectures
- SME level experience in: Chemical / Regulatory Data Domain, FAIR metadata, complex scientific data ecosystems
