About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in analyzing business requirements and creating specifications for IT projects.
- Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s needs and banking standards.
- Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and business units to align processes with ITIL best practices.
- Participate in testing and validating software applications and systems integrations.
- Contribute to documentation efforts, including workflows, procedures, guidelines, user manuals and training materials.
- Participate in the analysis of processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement leveraging the use IT Governance tools to improve process efficiency.
- Work closely with senior consultants and team members to develop project plans and timelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience in IT consulting or the banking sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in technology.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additionally, preferred qualifications include:
- Basic understanding of ΙTIL framework.
- Familiarity with banking systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Professional qualifications such as ITIL, BPMN or Prince 2 will be considered a plus.
