About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support daily sales operations and client communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases.
  • Follow up on client requests and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing procedures.
  • Support account reconciliations and bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial and commercial records.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience in Sales, Accounting, Administration, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
