Junior Sales & Accounting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily sales operations and client communication.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records and internal databases.
- Follow up on client requests and ongoing projects.
- Assist with invoicing and billing procedures.
- Support account reconciliations and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate financial and commercial records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 1–2 years of professional experience in Sales, Accounting, Administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
