About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily sales operations and client communication.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Maintain and update customer records and internal databases.
Follow up on client requests and ongoing projects.
Assist with invoicing and billing procedures.
Support account reconciliations and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate financial and commercial records.
Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Up to 1–2 years of professional experience in Sales, Accounting, Administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
