About the role

  • Outbound phone prospecting to acquire new customers and initial contact with prospects
  • Responsible for conducting initial discovery calls to assess potential
  • Managing existing leads and potential sales opportunities (follow-ups)
  • Planning as well as the preparation and follow-up of potential analyses
  • Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales (also suitable for career changers)
  • Confident presence, eloquence, and strong communication skills
  • A passion for sales and customer acquisition
  • Excellent German language skills (English is a plus)
  • Quick learner with the discipline to follow processes
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Proficient with Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and some prior experience with CRM systems
