About the role
- Outbound phone prospecting to acquire new customers and initial contact with prospects
- Responsible for conducting initial discovery calls to assess potential
- Managing existing leads and potential sales opportunities (follow-ups)
- Planning as well as the preparation and follow-up of potential analyses
- Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
- Experience in telesales (also suitable for career changers)
- Confident presence, eloquence, and strong communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer acquisition
- Excellent German language skills (English is a plus)
- Quick learner with the discipline to follow processes
- Ability to handle rejection
- Proficient with Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and some prior experience with CRM systems
