Entry Level

About the role

  • Create video content for Instagram, YouTube & Reddit (Reels, Shorts, simple product & explainer videos)
  • On-camera content: hold products up to the camera, explain, tell stories, smile — authentic, relaxed, likeable
  • Design content & graphics for social media (posts, carousels/slides, thumbnails, simple visuals)
  • Independently film, edit and publish content
  • Develop and manage formats, series and contests
  • Grow and maintain our social media channels — creatively and editorially
  • Close collaboration with executive management, lots of feedback and exchange
  • Optional: insights into marketing, growth and business topics beyond social media

Requirements

  • Strong social media affinity and a good sense for trends, formats and platforms
  • Extroverted personality and enjoyment of being regularly on camera
  • Very good English (content for the US market)
  • Design sensibility and an eye for layout, aesthetics & visual language — print production knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Experience with graphic and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and video tools (CapCut, Premiere, InShot, or similar)
  • Independent, structured working style — you can drive topics forward on your own
  • Desire to take on responsibility and develop professionally
Benefits
  • 100% remote, flexible working hours (approx. 20 hrs/week)
  • Above-average working-student compensation + Apple hardware
  • Plenty of freedom to implement your own ideas and develop formats independently
  • Direct line to executive management, honest feedback, short decision-making paths
  • Opportunity to shape or take over the content strategy in the long term
  • Steep learning curve — professionally, creatively and in the business context
  • A young, informal environment where work is allowed to be fun
