About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and build relationships via phone and digital channels, contributing to sales growth and strengthening the brand.
- Perform proactive outreach to customers in the assigned portfolio.
- Prospect new business opportunities.
- Present and sell the product portfolio, new launches, product mix, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required (higher education is a plus).

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with CRM systems.
- Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.
