About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and monitor the operation's strategic planning.
- Develop demand forecasts and team sizing.
- Create and monitor operational schedules aligned with projected demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as average handling time (AHT), average waiting time (AWT), SLA, and abandonment rate.
- Conduct performance and productivity analyses, proposing continuous improvement actions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and operational workflows.
- Support leadership with data-driven analyses and recommendations.
- Use analysis and automation tools to increase planning efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Solid experience in planning for call center operations.
- Advanced Excel.
- Intermediate Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
