About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on creator relations (influencers, content creators, and affiliates).
  • Manage service processes, data monitoring, operational control, event support, and performance analysis across various channels such as marketplaces, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon, the company website, and social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, affiliate programs, influencers, customer service, community management, digital trade marketing, influencer marketing, or social media.
  • Currently studying for or holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Commercial/Business, E-commerce Management, or related fields.
  • Organized, communicative, responsible, analytical, proactive, quick with follow-ups, strong writing skills, comfortable working with creators, and interested in content, online sales, beauty, and skincare.
