💰 $95,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Plan and perform various subsurface investigation efforts, including both land and water-based projects.
- Perform geotechnical analyses including but not limited to, slope stability, seepage, bearing capacity, settlement, axial and lateral capacities of deep foundations, sheet pile design, and soil liquefaction
- Prepare geotechnical reports and plans
- Provide geotechnical guidance to other Practice Areas in the firm
- Perform construction oversight for various restoration projects
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 6+ years relevant experience
- Professional engineering licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; including writing proposals, technical reports, and presenting technical information to clients
- Excellent time management skills that allow for the simultaneous management of multiple tasks
