Own and elevate the front-end user experience across Princess Polly's ecommerce sites and apps
Lead UX strategy, driving conversion through design
Partner closely with the development team, CRO agency, and broader ecommerce function
Take ownership of the UX roadmap
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
Develop mobile-first, conversion-focused experiences that drive engagement and sales across all devices
Use analytics tools to identify user pain points and measure the impact of UX changes
Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategy
Champion accessibility standards and best-in-class design practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Strong experience with high-traffic, mobile-first ecommerce sites
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and partner landscape
Deep knowledge of UX best practices and conversion-focused design
Strong UX portfolio demonstrating ecommerce experience
Experience with A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and analytics platforms
Experience using AI tools to improve design and implementation efficiency
