Own the creator and affiliate side of our TikTok Shop channel
Build, scale and manage a high-performing creator ecosystem
Identify, vet and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates
Run end-to-end onboarding for creators
Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators
Manage a mix of micro, mid-tier and high-GMV creators
Develop briefs, hooks and content angles that convert
Track creator-level metrics and identify winning creators
Own affiliate-driven GMV targets and report on performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree preferred
1+ year of dedicated TikTok Shop experience, with 3-4 years of total relevant experience (i.e influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, paid social)
Shopify experience is a plus!
