Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures for key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
Collaborate with other functional areas to support the accounting close process and drive OPEX trend analysis.
Preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as sales tax filings, in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain key policies and procedures for areas of responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on general ledger, revenue, and/or inventory accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
Experience using ERP systems and accounting software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, including sales tax compliance; experience supporting external audits
