About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn the ropes of the influencer program including collaborations, negotiations, and technical/analytical tools within 30 days.
Establish key goals and metrics with PR Manager within 90 days.
Manage budgets and facilitate payments while maintaining strong relationships with AU influencers and agents.
Document and track influencer collaborations and analyze/report on performance regularly.
Support day-to-day operations of the PR team.
Attend and assist PR/marketing activations and events, including off-site when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years minimum of experience in influencer marketing or public relations
Strong understanding of current influencer trends and markets
Strong proficiency in G-Suite and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) required
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, data driven high volume environment
Positive, optimistic attitude towards problem solving
Team player
