About the role
- Assist in setting up and launching paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, including targeting, optimisations and QA
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure ROI and revenue targets are being met
- Build and share performance reports with clear insights
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Social and broader Performance team on cross-channel campaigns
- Support creative briefing and testing to identify top-performing formats, messaging and concepts
- Assist with A/B testing across platforms and document learnings
- Help identify opportunities to scale and grow new and existing paid social channels
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience with Snapchat and Pinterest Ads (nice to have)
- Proven experience building, optimising and monitoring campaigns
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance data and draw insights
- Strong organisational skills and a love of getting into the details
- A proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
