About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Maintain elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards
- Keep the sales floor replenished and unpack and prepare merchandise for merchandising
- Create an immersive in-store experience that brings the brand's online presence to the real world
- Excite customers with the IRL shopping experience and collaborate with the store team
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for fashion and a knack for customer service
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- An upbeat, high-energy demeanor and passion for the brand
- Great sense of style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
