About the role
- Support accurate and timely reporting with a focus on revenue and inventory
- Prepare and post journal entries in line with SOX requirements
- Maintain the logistics workbook throughout the month to ensure it’s always up to date
- Complete month-end tasks and reconciliations, ensuring all documentation is review-ready in FloQast
- Support accurate balance sheet management
- Prepare monthly AU GST and quarterly NZ/SG GST calculations
- Maintain annual FBT workpapers throughout the year
- Assist with audit documentation, checks, and financial data requests
- Conduct weekly pay run reviews
- Investigate variances and prepare ad-hoc journals as needed
- Contribute ideas for process improvements across the Finance team
Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar Accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability
- Knowledge of GST & FBT legislation
- Experience with NetSuite & Shopify (nice to have!)
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solver with practical mindset
