About the role

  • Resource existing styles across Lower Impact initiatives, supplier issues, and country of origin.
  • Maintain quality, fit, and overall look of product styles while optimising costs and margins.
  • Manage supplier relationships and resource styles into the right vendors to align with capacity, compliance, and sustainability goals.
  • Negotiate costs and ensure styles meet margin targets.
  • Analyse data and create recommendations for buying and replenishment.
  • Able to handle a large volume of product styles simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support sustainable sourcing initiatives, reduce waste, and drive our commitment to 100% Lower Impact styles by 2030.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Product Development or Procurement with proven success in resourcing and supplier management.
  • Strong knowledge of garment quality assurance, fabrics, fit, and compliance standards.
  • A savvy negotiator with advanced Excel skills and experience using PLM or similar tools.
  • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for sustainability and creating impact through smarter sourcing.
