About the role
- You independently manage our rental properties and play a central role in day-to-day operations
- You reliably and professionally handle move-ins, move-outs and property inspections
- Owners and tenants benefit from your dependable and clear communication
- You coordinate renovations, maintenance and repairs, obtain quotes and always keep an overview
- You manage the leasing of new residential units in a structured and efficient manner
- You process rental agreements and rent increases transparently and securely
- You are the first point of contact for tenant concerns — solution-oriented and service-minded
- You are proficient with Excel, Outlook & Co.
Requirements
- Vocational/commercial training; experience in rental/property management is an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with people, demonstrate team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and calmness — even in busy or challenging situations
- Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
