About the role

  • Planning, coordination and supervision of CapEx and modernization measures (our renovation concept)
  • Preparation of the annual maintenance plan
  • Budget planning, control and responsibility for technical measures
  • Responsibility for renovating vacant or terminated units
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., operator responsibilities, maintenance obligations)
  • Development and implementation of measures to enhance property value
  • Tendering and awarding of technical services
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for management
  • Analysis and evaluation of real estate investments to identify optimization potential

Requirements

  • Degree in a construction-related field (civil engineering, architecture, real estate management with a technical focus, facility management, business administration) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in technical asset management or in leading construction project management
  • Solid knowledge of construction and procurement law
  • Experience coordinating service providers and projects
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a team-oriented mindset
