About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary local marketing partner for a regional portfolio of Primrose Schools franchise school locations
- Work directly with Franchise Owners to build effective annual marketing plans
- Make smart use of required local marketing investment and execute programs that drive enrollment growth
- Consult Franchise Owners on local marketing investment allocation across various channels
- Review and approve annual and ongoing local marketing plans to ensure alignment with brand expectations
- Monitor marketing spend pacing and proactively address compliance issues
- Deliver seasonal recommendations and resources to keep Franchise Owners informed
- Ensure local marketing activity meets brand standards and franchise agreement requirements
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Franchise Owners through regular engagement
- Gather and share field feedback with the broader marketing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in local marketing, field marketing, franchising, or a multi-location business environment
- Strong understanding of local digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with business owners, operators, or client partners
- Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear, practical recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines
- Comfort interpreting marketing performance data and using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Self-directed, proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability for assigned markets and relationships
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned region for school visits, owner meetings, and local events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
