About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end deployment of Anura onto various unmanned systems and hardware platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our Army customers.
Debug complex hardware/software integrations in real-time—whether it’s a networking hiccup, a sensor mismatch, or an API edge case.
This role requires significant travel (up to 50%) to client sites and test ranges to ensure our tech performs under pressure.
Work directly with operators to understand their challenges and translate field observations into actionable product requirements for our core dev team.
Train and support our users, making sure they feel confident commanding fleets of unmanned systems using natural language intent.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or a similar FDE/Field Engineering role (experience in Defense Tech or Robotics is a massive plus).
Proficiency in Python and C++ and experience with containerization (Docker).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support deployments and testing.
Current Secret or TS/SCI clearance is highly preferred, but not required.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent 'battle-tested' experience).
