About the role
- Responsible for the strategic and subject-matter development of our workforce management solutions
- Design forward-looking, compliant and efficient solutions for staff deployment planning, shift optimization and personnel cost control
- Integration with HR, ERP and access control systems
- Act as the domain owner for Workforce within our solution stack
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales and our customers
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Develop efficient shift and deployment models
- Analyze and optimize personnel costs
- Work with Engineering to design interfaces to HR, ERP, time & attendance and access control systems
- Support complex tender processes
- Conduct workshops with key accounts
- Prepare business cases and value propositions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience (at least 5–8 years) in workforce management, HR IT systems, time management or operations management
- Solid knowledge of working time legislation (DE and ideally EU)
- Experience with collective bargaining logic and company agreements
- Strong understanding of HR and ERP systems
- Experience with integration architectures (APIs, data models)
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Experience in KPI definition and efficiency analyses
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Ideally experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, ATOSS, UKG / Kronos
