About the role

  • Lead the expansion of our global website and other core digital projects in close coordination with IT, regional teams, business units and external partners.
  • Develop a content strategy aligned to the customer journey.
  • Produce inspiring content (posts, articles, videos, presentations) that bridges our heritage and future vision.
  • Create thought leadership content, whitepapers and case studies.
  • Develop content for the website, social media and blog—using AI-powered tools where appropriate and in close collaboration with our Marketing Automation team.
  • Coordinate blog, newsletter and editorial content across all channels.
  • Drive the content strategy through the development and execution of a comprehensive social media and content calendar in close alignment with the PR team.
  • Manage all community-management activities, oversee the organization and distribution of digital assets, and maintain brand consistency by enforcing brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Maintain, update and improve external and internal presentations, including the company presentation (PowerPoint).
  • Optimize our SEO and Google presence to maximize visibility with target audiences.
  • Manage and steer SEO and web agencies to deliver measurable results.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns as a central channel for visibility, talent acquisition and thought leadership.
  • Boost engagement and brand positioning across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal content owners and external partners.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solution Management, IT and regional teams.
  • Manage external agencies and ensure strategic alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures.
  • Implement performance improvements in collaboration with the team.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of the digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in marketing, digital marketing or content management, preferably in B2B and within the software or technology sector.
  • Proven expertise in developing content strategies and a track record of producing thought leadership content and case studies.
  • Extensive experience managing digital platforms and social media (particularly LinkedIn).
  • Experience leading external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and design software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external agencies and freelancers.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced skills in Spanish, French or Dutch are desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
  • Able to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to brand consistency.
