About the role
- Manage and oversee HRIS / payroll deployment projects
- Clarify expectations, define objectives, and meet deadlines
- Configure, deploy, and support clients
- Identify and assess project risks and issues
- Train new solution administrators
- Conduct configuration audits
- Provide support services
- Maintain the user guide and online help
Requirements
- Proficiency in configuring Silae (including coding)
- Minimum 3 years' similar experience (with a software vendor, company, or consultancy)
- Experience in IT, payroll, or HRIS project management
- Curious, proactive, and rigorous
- Comfortable managing client relationships
- Able to train others and focused on client satisfaction
- Team-oriented and able to contribute ideas and recommendations
