Project Manager

• Managing projects from planning through to completion
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintaining strong on-site oversight and programme management
• Driving construction progress and resolving site issues proactively
• Managing procurement, budgets, variations, and project reporting
• Running site meetings and coordinating project communications
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and health & safety standards are maintained
• Working closely with leadership on delivery strategy and project performance

General

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard
• Making beds, replacing linen, and replenishing guest amenities
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchenettes, and guest living areas
• Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining hotel corridors and public spaces
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Ensuring housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean and fully stocked
• Following health, safety, and hotel cleaning procedures
• Working efficiently to achieve daily productivity and quality targets
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as required
