About the role
- Source candidates daily from platforms
- Send 20–50 outreach messages per day
- Track candidate responses and manage pipeline
- Direct candidates to apply via BambooHR
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews
- Facilitate all other processes through hiring
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (remote preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English
- Organized and process-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Experience hiring engineers or construction roles is a plus
- Ability to work in US EST business hours
