• Track project costs and monitor budget vs. actual performance
• Support cost forecasting and reporting
• Develop Excel-based tools and templates for estimating and reporting
• Improve and standardize cost control processes
• Coordinate with estimating, project management, and finance teams

• Source candidates daily from platforms
• Send 20–50 outreach messages per day
• Track candidate responses and manage pipeline
• Direct candidates to apply via BambooHR
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews
• Facilitate all other processes through hiring
