Manage month-end/year-end close processes
Maintenance of the general ledger
Development of internal controls
Day-to-day accounting operations
Oversight of inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset and/or rebate accounting groups
Provide comprehensive, accurate, timely and relevant financial analysis and reporting to management
Lead, coach and manage team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
6 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
1 year of management/people leadership experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Experience with ERP financial systems (Oracle a plus)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
