About the role

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Provide technical and functional support for SAP Business One
  • - Diagnose and resolve system performance issues
  • - Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports
  • - Analyze and optimize database queries (SQL Server / SAP HANA)
  • - Support users in resolving functional and technical issues across SAP B1 modules
  • - Investigate system behavior, logs, and integrations to identify root causes

Requirements

  • **Required Skills & Experience:**
  • - 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One
  • - Strong techno-functional expertise across SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement)
  • - Strong experience with Crystal Reports development and troubleshooting
  • - Solid knowledge of SQL Server or SAP HANA, including query writing and performance tuning
  • - Ability to understand both technical and functional aspects of SAP Business One
